Manage My Booking

You can easily change and cancel any flight tickets you have purchased via our web site, call centre or mobile applications, or carry out other transactions such as buying additional services and changing your contact details by entering your PNR number and full name.

Change Your Flight

When you click on the ‘My Ticket Transactions’ page, all your ticketed flights are listed. When you select the flight you want to change you can re-plan your flight on the page you will be directed to by conducting a new search for flights.

Changing Your Contact Details

You can change the contact details you provided when purchasing your ticket in this section.

Purchasing Extra Services

You can purchase extra services such as a seat assignment, meal, extra baggage etc from this section for any flights you have purchased previously.

If you wish to cancel only the outbound or inbound flight of a return ticket, select the related flight and follow the link to the page where you may cancel/obtain a refund for that journey.

Cancellation of the Whole Flight

You may cancel/obtain a refund for all the flights on a ticket you have purchased previously in this section.

покупался билет киев-самуи туда-обратно в агенстве. перелет а/к эйрастана+бангкок эйрвейс. viewtrip.com показывает все сегменты(подтверждены). Air Astana eTicket 465. 550 -551(первые 4ре номера сегментов 465. 550, 2а последних на 465. 551). эйрастана не видит 1ин из сегментов бангкок эйрвейса. агенство обещает дружбу народов и светлое будущее. я так понимаю билет единый. вопросы: 1ый(основной): если получается не единый, а собраный агенством, и на невидимый эйрастаной сегмент самолет опоздает(за мин. вр. стык.), не станет ли это моей личной проблемой? 2ой: что вводить в поле reservation code на сайте бангкок эйрвейса чтобы посмотреть бронь(или вообще где там её можно проверить)? 3ий: багаж можно будет с самуи до самого киева зарегистрировать? все свои вопросы я буду нумеровать, поэтому если вы в какой-то теме увидите большой номер перед моим вопросом — неудивляйтесь, где-то есть предыдущие.

1. А что еще нужно? Если на viewtrip Вы видете бронь целиком, то билет единый.
2. Код подтверждения Bangkok Airways смотрите в бронировании на viewtrip в соответствующем сегменте PG — это и будет Reservation Code Bangkok Airways.
3. Транзит багажа зависит от маршрута. К сожалению Вы не сообщили детали.

2. Bangkok AirwaysConfirmation Number? -не подходит
3. регистрацию на самуи узнавал в агенстве(звонком в астану):
— зарегите сумку до самуи?
— попросите на регистрационной стойке, зарегим.
у астаны с бангкок эйрвейс договор о сотрудничестве, в киев СКВОЗНЫМ с самуи думаю процедура регистрация багажа идентична. уточняю. не так? какие детали..

Добрый день!
Вышла ситуация: при покупке билета уже после оплаты я увидела ошибку в паспортных данных и попросила оператора Синдбада исправить ее. Ошибку исправили, был выписан новый билет, однако авиакомпания видит только старый, аннулированный билет! В а/к меня предупредили, что могут быть вопросы на регистрации (одно дело, если эти вопросы возникнут в Домодедово, совсем другое-в чужой стране).
В итоге Синдбад просто сливается!! Якобы все нормально, мы в своей системе все видит корректно, проблем не будет! Но у авиакомпании такой уверенности нет!
Выписывать билет заново агенство не хочет. Вылет в воскресенье!
завтра катаи обещали позвонить в домодедово на регистрацию, если там билет увидят, то пробелм не будет.
а что делать если не увидят??
как быть? у нас паника.
никому не советую связываться с агентвом, которое обеспечивает такую нервнотрепку накануне вылета!!
